SET GOALSIf you don't know where you are going, you will never get anywhere

LIFT WEIGHTS—A stronger wrestler is a better wrestler—strong muscles prevent injury.

WRESTLE THE BEST—Champions search out the best competition and assume that they will win.

WRESTLE TO WIN--Move forward, make contact, and attack.  Don't wrestle 'not to lose.'

WRESTLE YEAR 'ROUND—Winter champions are made in the spring and summer.

WORK HARD—No one becomes a champion with just two hours of practice a day. Champions work before school and after dinner.

LISTEN—Your coaches know what they are talking about.

STUDY—Wrestling achievements may open doors, but academic performance will get you through the door.
